charming Boutique Hotel Experience

I liked the central location. It made getting around easy. the art deco design gave the place character and a DISTINCT vibe. the staff were very cute and quick to help with anything I needed. the sushi restaurant was a great option on-site. It was really nice to have that.
I had some issues with the restroom flooding into the lobby. It created an unsanitary situation. it happened a couple of times so that definitely detracted from the experience. i think more attention to maintenance is needed. Especially in high-traffic areas.

I was initially excited about the pool. but it was closed for private events on several days! that was disappointing. also, our room was quite small and lacked sufficient closet space. It felt cramped and not very functional. the shower had some mold, a definite letdown. It really affected the overall cleanliness. i expected better for what we paid.

i found the room to be modern and cozy. the service was prompt and attentive. i especially enjoyed the sushi restaurant inside the hotel it provided a nice dining experience. the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The gym had limited equipment. It could benefit from additional machines.
